Boundary Bay Airshow

First time back in a long while for the Boundary Bay Airshow in Delta, BC. It was really good to see things seemingly somewhat back to normal as far as the covid over-reaction these past 2 years. For a free event is sure did draw a large amount of people and cars, so much so that highways roads were plugged solid for a few hours. Exiting the event was no walk in the park either as they had those entering and exiting through the same bottle-neck patch of bumpy grass.

It started out looking like rain at 11am but no rain fell and it started to clear up by 2pm and many were running for the sunscreen. There was lots of good food on site and many of my favorite food trucks made the show. You could tell by the long lineups that people were happy with the food and they certainly didn’t disappoint. I had the seasalt swirly potato..!

I hope everyone like the show as much as I did. I had to leave a bit early and missed some of the great flights I’m sure.
