In 2015, Tanya embarked on a remarkable journey in response to government legislation that posed a significant threat to Canadian democracy and liberty. Determined to give a voice to the silent majority, she initiated letter writing campaigns, organized petitions, and led powerful rallies, all aimed at raising awareness and inspiring collective action.
Recognizing the need for more than just education, Tanya founded Action4Canada, a grassroots not-for-profit organization. Through this platform, she not only stimulates public discourse on critical issues but also equips Canadians with the necessary tools to effect meaningful change. Tanya’s notable alliance with Rocco Galati, a renowned constitutional lawyer, further underscores her unwavering commitment to justice.
The catalyst for Tanya’s legal action against the BC and Federal government, which began on August 16, 2021, was the government’s emergency measures in response to COVID-19. She passionately believes that these measures violated the rights and freedoms of Canadian citizens, and her legal pursuit is a testament to her resilience.
Above all, Tanya Gaw’s ultimate mission is to uphold and defend Canada’s foundation on Judeo-Christian principles. She firmly believes that these principles shape our laws, values, and governance, distinguishing us from totalitarian and extremist regimes. She ardently defends our freedom to believe, or not to believe, without the fear of persecution, oppression, or even death.
